The countdown is on for Reddiplex to showcase its bespoke plastic and rubber extrusion capabilities at the world’s largest international trade fair for the window industry, for the very first time.

One of 12 British companies co-exhibiting in the UK Pavilion at Fensterbau Frontale 2018, Reddiplex will reach an international market of more than 100,000 trade visitors over the four days that the exhibition is underway in Nuremburg from 21st to 24th March. The 2016 exhibition hosted 794 exhibitors from 37 different countries – a truly international affair!

The highly regarded bi-annual event attracts an audience that comes from across Europe and further afield. Architects, carpenters, window and façade manufacturers and other specialist trades will benefit from learning about the very latest innovations, trends and developments in glass, fixing systems, design and much more.

Strengthening our global reputation

A long-standing and highly capable extruder of bespoke profiles, Reddiplex will be building on a global reputation for UK manufacturing at Fensterbau, using rigid and flexible plastics, in addition to solid and sponge rubbers. Comprehensively managing the most complex, bespoke projects from start to finish, our expert team will be on hand to provide further details about the 36 different extrusion lines operating at our Worcestershire site, offering single, dual and triple material extrusion, coupled with an in-house tooling department and a range of curing techniques including water and air cooling, plus microwave and ballotini curing.

In-line capabilities will also be of interest to exhibition visitors, such as the application of adhesive tape, colour matching, printing and bespoke packaging.

Unrivalled material choice

A significant benefit for Reddiplex customers is the sheer volume and variety of different materials that the company can extrude. This can be hugely beneficial when creating unique components for use with windows, doors, conservatories, internal glass partitioning and external facades. In fact, there are very few materials that Reddiplex has not previously worked with and there is a growing trend to combine materials in a single extrusion profile to create the optimum result in terms of aesthetics, efficiency and cost.

International recognition

Exhibiting at Fensterbau is of huge importance to Reddiplex, given the company’s worldwide reach with regard to our quality management systems and commitment to minimising our impact on the environment. We hold ISO internationally recognized standards for our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
