Plastic and Rubber Extrusion Manufacturer
As a specialist extrusion manufacturer, Reddiplex works with a broad range of thermoplastic and elastomeric materials, allowing profiles to be developed with different combinations of flexibility, rigidity, resilience, strength and environmental resistance.
Our Plastic Extrusions range includes both rigid and flexible profiles manufactured in a wide selection of thermoplastic materials. These can be developed for applications requiring anything from structural rigidity and dimensional stability to flexibility, sealing and protection.

Custom Extrusion Solutions
Not every application can be met by an existing profile. Reddiplex works with customers to develop bespoke extrusions around specific dimensions, material properties and performance requirements.
Our team can work from drawings, samples or initial concepts, helping to develop the profile and select an appropriate material before tooling and trials begin. Once approved, profiles can progress into repeat production with manufacturing processes established around the requirements of the project.

Our capabilities include single hardness extrusion, co-extrusion, triplex extrusion, cross-head extrusion and pile extrusion. These processes allow us to manufacture profiles using single or multiple materials and, where required, incorporate additional components within the finished extrusion.
