Having held the ISO 14001:2015 certification for several years, the team at Reddiplex are very pleased to have recently achieved re-certification. We remain committed to investing significant time and resources into our environmental management, exploring environmentally friendly options and ensuring this commitment is engrained within the business across all departments.
We are recycling more plastic than ever before and in the last 12 months we have reduced our overall landfill by 10%. Additionally, LED lighting has been implemented throughout the site in all offices, factories and warehouses and the company has also invested in two new roofs which have greatly reduced our reliance on fossil fuels for heating.
Catalogues are now being created using FSC® approved paper and we are looking into responsible packaging solutions on a regular basis with recycling options becoming even more of a priority.
With still a lot more to do, our ongoing commitment to our environmental management system will see us implementing further exciting projects over the next 12 months, including diverting even more waste from landfill and working to reduce our carbon footprint.
