Door

Reddiplex have a wide selection of door seals available for all types of timber doors. Our door products are held in stock for immediate delivery.
Our standard range of seals includes: Timber Seals, T-Foam Timber Seals, Weatherbar Plus and Acoustic Seals.
We manufacture our seals from high performance polymers that offer a superior quality and completely weathertight solution, whether they are used in new-build or retrofit applications.

Our timber seals have many features including being easy to fit, paint resistant, stain resistant, UV and ozone stable. Most seals are unobtrusive when fitted and highly resilient to wear. Our seals also offer excellent deflection recovery and will not shrink or stretch.

Pile

Reddiplex Limited are specialists in the manufacture of rigid, flexible, rubber and sponge-based custom profile extrusions. From our manufacturing plant in the United Kingdom we also produce a range of standard and custom pile based products including Silhouette, Meshlock and Security Brush.

Materials

Reddiplex Limited’s pile products are manufactured from a neutral coloured rigid polypropylene base as standard, however we are able to offer other colour options on request, subject to minimum order quantities. The base is molecularly bonded to a flexible multi-filament siliconised yarn, which is available in a range of colour options.
The density of Meshlock yarn can be adapted to suit your application. This combination allows for easy installation into the seal housing thus eliminating snagging during the fitting operation, whilst at the same time providing a soft seal when in contact with the sealing surface.
