Reddiplex Group are continually developing products for this sector and a recent project has resulted in the launch of 'Kindagard'. Designed to ensure the safety of children, 'Kindagard' protects fingers from being trapped in the door. Simple and quick to fit it is discreet but very effective. For further information visit the website, www.kindagard.com.

Another product available for the door market is a new door sill for external doors. The material used is a replacement for wood making the product attractive, durable and competitive.

Reddiplex Group have also developed a unique design for rolled-in gasket which has many advantages over post co-extruded (PCE) seals to the profile extruder and fabricator alike. The advantages can be summarised as follows:

• Capital expenditure for in line insertion of rolled-in gasket is a fraction of the cost of PCD downstream equipment.
• Profile scrap is reduced markedly by eradicating the need to re-heat extruded profile as part of the post co-extrusion process.
• Easy removal means that more off-cut profile can be recycled and quickly replaced should the gasket become damaged on-site.
• PCE gaskets can sometimes interfere with the foiling process when used on woodgrain profile causing poor adhesion of the laminate. Rolled-in gasket   can be inserted immediately after foiling avoiding such problems.
• During fabrication, corners can be cleansed easily by lifting the the gasket and re-inserting it. All rolled-in gaskets are fully weldable.

Reddiplex Group's experience and expertise in supplying these market sectors is unsurpassed. If you would like more information or to arrange a visit from one of our sales team please call +44 (0)1905 795432 or email windows@reddiplex.com.
