One of the major products we manufacture is a mildew resistant flexible adhesive strip that gives a watertight seal for bathrooms and worktops and provides the perfect finish every time.

Air Conditioning
Reddiplex offers a comprehensive product range to the air conditioning industry. Products supplied to leading manufacturers include eliminator blades. These are rigid extrusions that are one of the key components within an air conditioning unit. Using our expertise with diverse materials, Reddiplex selected the right material for the job taking into account durability and the need for the extrusion to cope with extremes of temperature.

Display
Reddiplex offer a range of component parts to leading display system manufacturers that includes edging strips for display panels in a choice of colours and styles. Reddiplex have also developed a flexible connector that allows display panels to be joined and positioned at any angle.

Office Furniture and Cable Management
The needs of the modern office are well catered for by the portfolio of products manufactured by Reddiplex. The range includes rolling shutters found on filing cabinets, chair trims, and a wide selection of rigid and flexible extruded cable management systems.

Domestic Appliances
Reddiplex supplies manufacturers in the domestic appliance market. Washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, shower units and vacuum cleaners all have their trims, seals, covers and tubes manufactured to order by Reddiplex.

Frame Mouldings
Reddiplex also offer a complete range of stylish embossed and plain mouldings for picture frames and mirrors, made from expanded polystyrene profiles. All are available in a range of decorative finishes including wood effect and antique gold.

Construction
Reddiplex offers a comprehensive product range to the building and construction industry. We have developed highly durable products such as a spring seal and U channel which are used by a leading UK steel structure manufacturer. Reddiplex have also worked with a leading glazed tile and brick manufacturer to create an extrusion which gives additional stability to complicated tiled fascias. We have also developed a rigid extrusion that enhances and strengthens the joins in large concrete panels such as those that are used in car parks.

Lighting
Reddiplex have designed and supplied a watertight seal that is used on outdoor lightboxes. These lightboxes have to deal with all sorts of weather and the seals must be reliable but still allow access to the unit for the changing of graphics. This is just another example of the combination of good design, material knowledge and extrusion expertise that Reddiplex can offer every time they are commissioned for a project.

Furniture
Reddiplex offers a comprehensive product range to the furniture industry. Examples of these include the supply of ‘P’ shaped seals (which are used as edging strips) to leading bed manufacturers throughout the UK and Europe. These seals are used to edge the mattress or mattress covers to stop wear and tear on the seams.

Flooring
Reddiplex offers a comprehensive product range to the flooring industry. These include the supply of a ridged extrusion used in the assembly of welcome mats for large UK retailers by a leading manufacturer. Reddiplex’s ability to supply the extrusion in a wide variety of colours has been vital to the success of this product which is often required to match tightly specified corporate colours.

Retail and Shopfitting
There is a growing area of demand for durable extrusion in retail environments. Reddiplex manufacture a range of bumpers and trimmings at vital points such as checkouts, counters, shelving and refrigerators.
