In 2009 we took the opportunity to exhibit at City Build alongside the UKTI Team based in Moscow. After the positive response we received at the exhibition we have decided to exhibit on a much larger scale at MosBuild in 2010.

We believe it is important to engage face to face with our overseas agents and customers as much as possible. Through exhibiting at key events, such as MosBuild, it allows us to not only increase our presence in the marketplace but allow us to build on the business relationships that we have already established.

Reddiplex’s Export Sales Manager recently attended a reception at the British Embassy in Moscow to mark the occasion of the visit by His Royal Highness the Duke of York.

The Duke of York works with the UK Trade & Investment, as the United Kingdom’s Special Representative for International Trade and Investment. This occasion was the Duke’s first visit to Russia since 2004.

Prior to the reception at the Ambassador’s Residence, an intimate meeting was held at the Ritz Carlton. This meeting gave the opportunity for a number of representatives from British businesses to share their experiences of entering and conducting business in the Russian marketplace.

It was a huge honour for Reddiplex to have been invited to such an occasion and was a great opportunity to further develop our relationship with the UKTI.

During the four day exhibition we had the opportunity to meet with existing customers and it also offered great chance for us to meet people from all walks of the construction industry.

We shared our exhibition stand with the UKTI team based in Moscow. Through building a strong working relationship with the UKTI in Moscow it has allowed us to further develop our understanding of the Russian marketplace, enabling us to meet their requirements both in terms of products and service.

The main focus for City Build 2009 was underground tunnelling and constructions, therefore our new Hydrophilic Waterstop attracted a lot of attention and received some very positive feedback. We also showcased our range of standards extrusion and our custom extrusion capabilities.

ISO 9001: 2008 is an internationally recognised quality management system that provides a framework for quality assurance of service management and delivery. This ensures that processes are not only carried out under controlled conditions but also subject to continual improvement.

This was awarded without the need for major re-design of our current operations, which is reassuring for our existing and potential customers.

Being awarded ISO 9001: 2008 demonstrates our continual commitment to providing our customers with a product and service of the highest possible standard. We see being awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certification as an ideal platform to further build on our service and hopefully exceed both the requirements of the standard but also our customers expectations.

Reddiplex, a leader in the supply of plastics and rubber extrusions has acquired additional manufacturing capacity and market share for their EPDM extrusion business.

Reddiplex are already widely experienced in EPDM extrusion and this move has been made to further enhance Reddiplex’s offering to include sponge based products and broaden their EPDM capabilities.

A specialist Ballotini extrusion line and tooling for the new rubber extrusion capability will be relocated to the Reddiplex site based in Droitwich Spa, and create new opportunities in additional market sectors.

From its extensive manufacturing site, Reddiplex already designs and manufacturers a vast array of EPDM, flexible and rigid PVC’s, serving many market sectors from glazing and curtain walling through to air conditioning, marine and transport.

Reddiplex has been operating in the plastics and rubber extrusion industry for more than 40 years and is always looking to expand into new markets and offer their expertise, quality and service to new customers.
